Vansulate 50mm is a high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation designed specifically for campervans, motorhomes, and van conversions. Manufactured using recycled PET fibres, this soft, non-itch insulation helps create a warmer, quieter, and more comfortable van all year round.
Unlike traditional fibreglass insulation, Vansulate is easy to handle, safe to install, moisture resistant, and ideal for filling awkward cavities and curved panels inside modern vans.
For the best thermal and condensation control, we recommend combining Vansulate 50mm with our 10mm closed-cell foam insulation (see separate listing). The closed-cell layer helps reduce thermal bridging and surface condensation, while Vansulate provides excellent thermal and acoustic performance within the van cavities.
